Risk Profiling

We apply behavioural segmentation to your data. Cluster analysis organises your customer base according to how they have – or are likely to – respond to UC. The segmentation model categorises customers according to their level of arrears at the point a UC claim is made and the subsequent impact on those arrears. This essentially gives you a risk profile for your entire customer base, identifying which customers are more likely to struggle with the transitions.
