An exciting new chapter!

We’re delighted to announce that as of 15th April, Collaborative Change became part of Manchester-based tech company, Voicescape: http://www.voicescape.co.uk

Following a period of collaboration with the Voicescape team, we have formalised the relationship and Collaborative Change Ltd has been acquired. Our shared commitment to helping social landlords build sustainable tenancies now provides the foundation for a new full-service offer, combining advanced data analytics, behavioural insight and Software-as-Service (SAS) solutions.

Over the last 2 years, the data science element of Collaborative Change has been growing rapidly in response to increasing demand for predictive analytics. The well-established tech infrastructure and expertise within Voicescape will allow us to fast-track development of a range of new predictive SAS solutions for the social housing sector, whilst continuing to develop the consultancy element of our offer.

Collaborative Change will become integrated into the Voicescape structure and will begin a transition to operating under the Voicescape brand with immediate effect. During this transition period, our teams will continue to be contactable with their existing details.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients, associates and suppliers for their support and look forward to continue working together as we begin what promises to be an exciting new chapter.

Onwards and upwards!

We added one sentence to a letter and increased rent payments by 9%

Over the last 2 years we have been working with Social Housing providers across the UK to explore how the application of behavioural insights could increase revenue and reduce costs.

In line with our commitment to evidence-based practice, we encourage the use of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) wherever possible. This case study showcases an RCT that resulted in a 9% increase in rent payments, simply by adding on extra sentence to a letter.
